VHS Converters was created to show people how to convert old videos into a digital format, but not strictly for that purpose only, as there will be plans to expand into other photo and video related topics at a later stage.
Who am I?
So who am I and why should you listen to me?
My name is Matt and I have a passion for photos, slides, old film and of course, transferring videos.
While I love photography, I’d have to say I have an affinity towards software that can alter and change an image into something dramatically different.
So I was always the background guy, the problem solver for other photographers who needed Photoshop work done.
But I’ve never been blind sided by just using one piece of software only.
For me, I have the mentality: what’s the quickest and easiest method to get the result I want?
So in late 2018, I was looking at domain names to purchase and found this name had expired. So I bought it, thinking I would create a VHS converting service.
But then I decided that I wanted to make a site that tests these digital converters. Especially now that some are running old software. I wanted to see the difference between a cheap product and an expensive capture device.
And that’s where this site will help you.
Slowly but surely the site will expand and give you ideas that can help with copying old videos into another format simply and hopefully stress free.
